I imagine what you really need are going to be be high level contracts and quality leadership. Someone assisting who not only can lead you from a back office persepctive, but can easily get on the phone with your prospect and help you close the deal. See that's the key. An upline MUST be able to help you close business. If they can't, then why affiliate yourself with someone who cannot get on the phone and help you get that application. Makes no sense to me.

Ok. I went to sign with TR King today 3-12-20. They asked for banking account info, SS# info up front. Its on the first page of the website.
Is this the norm for FMOs? If the carriers pay the agent direct why does King need this info? Or does King assign? This sounds very questionable????

I don't think I have ever been asked for that info by the FMO for its use only. All carriers do ask in contracting documents so all the FMO had to do is copy that.
