In my experience when one person tells you something it might be true, but when a second person tells you the same thing, 2 years later, it's probably true.

You would be amazed at the amount of white labeling that goes on, or maybe you wouldn't.

Sometimes it is just scale, very hard to really have your own mail house, much better to have someone do it for you. Card creation is the only real skill here, and most are just copying someone else. The actual mailing, forwarding returns, etc. is very low level work, so let a mail house handle it or better yet automate it.

Facebook and telemarketers, it takes someone who knows what they are doing, which isn't as common as some would like you to think. Also with telemarketers you run into issue with getting enough quality people.

It's takes knowledge of knowing how to generate leads. Essentially a self generating agent is ideal. You really don't even have to be an IMO or a Lead Vendor to sell leads either. If you know how to generate them.

Speaking of ghosts .What happened to vol agent or Matt Schmidt ? Vol had posted 15 k times . I have no doubt Gollini is reading these posts daily as he either is logged out or invisible .
