Selling for Multiple IMO/FMO'S

Well JG I apologize if I have insulted you. That's definitely not my intention. But I don't know what you are talking about messing with your livelihood. There is nothing on our end that stop you from making every penny that you would have made before. Brad and I have transferred agents back and forth many times. No one has to wait anything out. That's what the release is for. You'll never miss a beat. Seamless transition.

My posts on the forum have always been the same. No need to take anything I say as personal. I have never used smiley faces or any of that stuff because I want people to have to figure out when I'm joking or being serious. Sometimes that doesn't translate well on an Internet forum. But I don't have any bad feelings toward you. Just think a clean break is best. Again, if that makes me a bad guy, I'll just have to live with that.

Well it seems to me the confusion is, certain FMO's boasting about giving the "highest" commission available, "just like everyone else can do" and then not actually doing that, to me that would be considered messing with someones livelihood. I dunno I am just the lead guy that hasn't gone out of business yet because this forum overwhelmed me, and I am just lonely tele-sales guy. So what do I know. Just an observation.

The funny thing is....it was never even about the commissions:D It was more about support which would include, admin stuff, blah blah blah, per lead dm programs, access to really really good discounts on tele leads or other, uummm, leads like you know "Steve", who now has that sexy Barry White flow, man, those things are gonna kill it.

Its not like I need crap everyday, Im self supporting, always have been and I dont cry and whine. But....when I need something, weeks and weeks wont cut it, not from any IMO.

And one more thing, the inability for a support group to initiate lead programs when approached by several people, who have a pretty good history and "are still in business", yea that was a wise move:1wink:

So at the end of the day I guess I WIN:yes::yes::yes::yes::yes:

Do you have examples? I never said there aren't others who give street level as we do. But do you have anyone who gives higher across the board commission levels on ALL agents? Not the chosen few?

I would be very interested to know about it.

Also don't know why you are flaming. You of all people. You are one of many who called with your helpful advice.

Trust me this isn't flaming. Just making an observation and it has nothing to do with street levels.

My helpful advise would be to put all this too bed in a deep sleep.

Seems like flaming to me. What we have always stated is that the commission levels that every single agent starts at are at the top street level for FexContracting.com. No one has a higher street level for all agents. We can all bump up more for select high producers. I'm talking about no man left behind levels which is street. Most companies at 115% and 120% if I need to spell it out.

People throw rocks and claim they heard of places that start every agent higher, but I've never seen any substance to that. It's all talk. Do you know of something I don't?

I don't make claims that I don't believe to be true.

Seems about 3 months ago I remember a couple of your agents getting a 5% bump on 2 carriers because one of the agents found out they could get higher than your "street" level. And no, the IMO had no idea of either agents production history, so there, yes I have heard of it and have even experienced it first hand, and yes you matched those commissions but only after you were put on notice others were offering higher "street" as you call it. Im not gonna mention names here because that would be a cornball thing to do but you know exactly what I am referring to....so please dont act uninformed on this matter.

Dude do you really wanna do this on an open forum?

Some things are best to be left alone and for some reason you are choosing to move forward, not sure why? Do you think bad publicity is actually good?

Geez dude your FEX golden child who's signature was FEX FEX FEX, has jumped ship and you wanna continue down this road of distraction????

Maybe just maybe you screwed up, if your contracts are unbeatable and your support is up to par why would any agent let alone a cool aid drinking agent leave?

Let it go, and admit to yourself you f Ed up and chill.
