I have no bone to pick in this drama either. This exactly why I take 5-10% less and have 7 imo's i sell threw now with 4 co's being the max with any one imo as I sell other things besides Fe. I have no doubt that Newby and either Brad or bowman talk with each other about all the different agents under 360 and Fex and what there production is. Like Newby. I'm 100% certain any agent in a certain area that comes in and does well Newby tells his pet peeve agents in that area "hey you out to see the production that peteybears doing and all his business is coming from xyz county" I have no doubt this is going on thus I don't get involved with Imo's on here outside a few contracts with Todd King who provides no services thus is more impartial.Newby being on here all day is to friendly with his agents thus conflicts blow up fast. Now Newby has the ability to give galts client list to other agents. I've heard a few "bowmans a liar" from agents. Stay independent and don't get involved with these sharks.

Just to fore warn any imo out there. If I ever found an imo tell another agent wether I'm active or not with that imo whisper the areas I work are my client list I'll ruin them both legally and financial and publically ruin them. There's a trust of confidentiality in this business and if it's broken its game over. I have ZERO Skin in this thread. I've skipped over it because I didn't really feel like sifting through 23 pages of posts that I felt probably was worthless(most threads in this forum get posts like that)

However, for some reason I started reading it last night.

Here's what I gathered from the first page, which blew my mind when I read JG responses on the first page and later:

John Galt made a statement about not hearing back from Scott about moving a contract. Scott replied that he thought Travis was working with John on that, and that any companies that have or have a chance of Debt need to be moved as well.

John proceeded to get up in aires about that comment and on the baseline called Scott an arse for suggesting that he could produce debt and that Scott has a problem releasing people.

Scott then replied that he had no clue what set JG off. And that if JG feels that Scott is working against him, that he should move all contracts and split ties, and will give him time to move them, and any he chooses not to move will be dropped by Scott....

And then Bboman23 stirs the pot and misdirects the whole thread.

If you don't like where you are, move. The IMO offers a release, and a procedure that must be followed in order to get that release. Follow it. If it takes some time to move, or you don't follow the procedure, don't b*&tch, just take the time and follow the procedure. If you want to be nasty in an open forum, then this thread happens.

It took me 9 months to get 1 release from NASB, but the damage had already been done by them to me. I'm sure it would take about a month, between contracting and getting the paperwork filled out and sent between IMO's, to get my release done(if I had the inkling to change IMO's, which I do not) I'm okay with that.

But to complain about your IMO for not getting back to you sooner, is like complaining about your boss on FB where it is open and public and wondering why your arse got canned at work. Professionalism. It's a good word.

Also, I'm not entirely happy about HD and Newby's responses to you after the first two pages. However, they are within their right to defend themselves to the misdirection and accusations. And same with JG.

JG, I like you, always have, always will. I just feel you handled this move poorly. Even if it's one contract.

Either way, I'll go out and sell on Monday.

Yes some agents have called me a liar. That was either proven wrong or just an agent with another IMO just running their mouth. People that meet me feel differently. Just a hard working "kid" most of them say. It's harder for me to lie than others on here. I have someone in my car with me 9 out of 10 days I'm in the field. Then I have agents rooming at the same motel as me every week! I fax my apps from my scanner in the motel room. Agents actually see me do this weekly.

My comment was to the response Newby made. Think about this, you can't move a company you have a negative balance with. So Newby wasn't saying that. He said any company there is a chance of debt roll up which means any company he has used. So if he wants to move one company, he has to move all. I know this came from JG traveling and working with me and Newby probably didn't like that. I never once asked John to move contracts to me. He liked my system and asked if he could move SNL to me. When he tried, Newby didn't respond and John brought it here. If the role was reversed you would have saw every FEX agent in the world on here calling me out.

I didn't defend FEX whatsoever. Travis handled it piss poor too, dragging himself down to the gutter to sling crap.

If I was Brad or any other IMO, I'd think twice about having you joining after reading this thread. What is done to one, can be done to another. You're bad baggage.

360 would a better group without you.

And if I was FEX, I'd just drop your arse now, at the holidays, sever all ties. Since you want to be a complete arse, starve for a month while contracting at the companies decide if they want to approve your transfer, or make you sit out 6 months.
