Half decaf and half Bulleit bourbon with vanilla. Anad an extra hunk of pie.

ooooooohhhhhhh the silliness of men.
For the record..Scott/Newby did tell John Galt that a challenge with Ben could be tough because he has the ability to pull leads at will...IDK, if it is through DM, his own Teleleads or whatever...I just know that Newby, DID make that comment to JG. For the record...and Travis, probably had no idea that comment was made..because the comment Travis made at the time was...DO IT!..JG can confirm.
NOW...IF Sam wants to but me leads in a city and put me head to head with another agent...I'm game ON!
FTR...JG is a producer...I've witnessed it. He is splitting with FEX and that is going to probably..has already..caused some hardship on my relationship with him..it's all good..he's a big boy...as am I!

Word...who the hell cares about running out of popcorn on Thanksgiving..you got Turkey in the fridge bro!
Unless you don't write UL's...then you got Oscar Meyer whatever meat...come Jerard...that's kinda funny

I don't dispute that. I don't remember it but it doesn't sound unlikely. There was a time I was convinced that Ben was a huge producer. Later I was convinced he was not. Currently I think it's somewhere in the middle. But who cares what I think.
At the time of the Matt-Ben challenge, I wasn't convinced that Matt could out sell Ben. I remembered Matt being very bold with his challenge and didn't think he could back it up. Just one of many times that I wished Matt hadn't brought our company name into his drama.
Just a quick clarification. JG was asked to move them because of diminishing returns? He asked twice by email to move SNL only. Then Scott got butt hurt and said he will release him but also will release all the rest and if not done in a certain time frame he would be terminated.
As far as his production, I can't tell you what he did there but I've seen the actual applications since he has been working out of town with me and he is killing it. I'd take 100 more of him if cloning was legal.

But JD said yesterday FEX doesn't have a group text. Then Scott said only if you count the Friday call.
I'm staying out of this but you keep bringing that up. FEX does not, nor have they ever had, a group text.
There's a group of friends that mostly all met because of FEX that text each other as friends. It varies sometimes who is even on those texts and it's mostly non work stuff.
It's not run by FEX nor sacntioned by FEX. It's simply a group of friends. If it hurts your feelings that you are not in that group of friends then you will just have to grow up and deal with it.
I don't know why it bothers you so much. I'm not in your 360 dong machine, or whatever you call it. I don't know if it's sanctioned by 360 and don't care. Nor does it bother me that you guys talk to each other.
Seems really petty that you have so much concern about a group of friends talking to each other.

Hmmm, I've sent two emails over the past few days requesting a release from just one carrier, all I've heard is crickets.

I got it this morning. I thought you and Travis were communications on it. I'll call you today. Just need to verify that you are transferring all contracts that have any risk of debt roll up. Then all is good.

Why in the world would you think I was communicating with Travis on this? Never emailed him and I've never called him about this. And what's the problem with transferring a few contracts elsewhere Scott? Any companies I have I pretty much write, no chance of roll up debt to any IMO I deal with. Let me lay it out in plain English for you. I have 3 imocompanies I deal with, I write business with all of them, most of my contracts are with fex. What's funny is that its been fine up until this point to have other contracts with other imo's until I decide to transfer one to 360 and contract a new carrier with 360. What gives? This surely isn't what you or Travis preach and it isn't the fex mantra everyone reads about and that you constantly expound upon.
I'll let sleeping dogs lay nicely where they should for now, but please don't be coy or act like you thought this or that and now backtrack on your whole business model for the sake of nasty vitriol.
This really makes no sense. And to imply I would "stick" anyone with any debt is ridiculous. But I get it, as long as an agent puts contracts with fex and never wants to move any of them all is fine, but if an agent wants to move one or two, well the hell with that agent, he has to go? All or nothing? Doesn't compute Scott.

Matt I have no idea what is setting you off but you are free to go with all of them. Get your release agreement signed by your agency you want to go to that they will be responsible and we will sign off on it. But we do want you to move all of them. Once an agent thinks we are working against you or giving you grief, we just need to cut ties. I'll give you some time to move them. Any that you don't move will be termed.

Dang, he asked for a release for one company and now any he don't move will be termed? FEX captive now?
I have ZERO Skin in this thread. I've skipped over it because I didn't really feel like sifting through 23 pages of posts that I felt probably was worthless(most threads in this forum get posts like that)
However, for some reason I started reading it last night.
Here's what I gathered from the first page, which blew my mind when I read JG responses on the first page and later:
John Galt made a statement about not hearing back from Scott about moving a contract. Scott replied that he thought Travis was working with John on that, and that any companies that have or have a chance of Debt need to be moved as well.
John proceeded to get up in aires about that comment and on the baseline called Scott an arse for suggesting that he could produce debt and that Scott has a problem releasing people.
Scott then replied that he had no clue what set JG off. And that if JG feels that Scott is working against him, that he should move all contracts and split ties, and will give him time to move them, and any he chooses not to move will be dropped by Scott....
And then Bboman23 stirs the pot and misdirects the whole thread.
(All posts are copied below)
So, then 23 pages of crap followed.
If you don't like where you are, move. The IMO offers a release, and a procedure that must be followed in order to get that release. Follow it. If it takes some time to move, or you don't follow the procedure, don't b*&tch, just take the time and follow the procedure. If you want to be nasty in an open forum, then this thread happens.
It took me 9 months to get 1 release from NASB, but the damage had already been done by them to me. I'm sure it would take about a month, between contracting and getting the paperwork filled out and sent between IMO's, to get my release done(if I had the inkling to change IMO's, which I do not) I'm okay with that.
But to complain about your IMO for not getting back to you sooner, is like complaining about your boss on FB where it is open and public and wondering why your arse got canned at work. Professionalism. It's a good word.
Also, I'm not entirely happy about HD and Newby's responses to you after the first two pages. However, they are within their right to defend themselves to the misdirection and accusations. And same with JG.
JG, I like you, always have, always will. I just feel you handled this move poorly. Even if it's one contract.
Either way, I'll go out and sell on Monday.
