He tried to get released by email. Two weeks and two different emails with no response. Then he brought it here. If I asked Brad for something with two weeks of hearing nothing and he posted here all hours of everyday, I'd bring it to where he is, the forum.

Which is why I wouldn't give Spur Citys guy in Jersey my number. Not that I don't like him, but because I had no financial interest in him. Spur does. Why would I eff that up for Spur?

Yes some agents have called me a liar. That was either proven wrong or just an agent with another IMO just running their mouth. People that meet me feel differently. Just a hard working "kid" most of them say. It's harder for me to lie than others on here. I have someone in my car with me 9 out of 10 days I'm in the field. Then I have agents rooming at the same motel as me every week! I fax my apps from my scanner in the motel room. Agents actually see me do this weekly. ---------- My comment was to the response Newby made. Think about this, you can't move a company you have a negative balance with. So Newby wasn't saying that. He said any company there is a chance of debt roll up which means any company he has used. So if he wants to move one company, he has to move all. I know this came from JG traveling and working with me and Newby probably didn't like that. I never once asked John to move contracts to me. He liked my system and asked if he could move SNL to me. When he tried, Newby didn't respond and John brought it here. If the role was reversed you would have saw every FEX agent in the world on here calling me out. "So you say you will release but when an agent asks, it takes two weeks for you to respond and when you do they have to move every company?" I then made the captive comment because in no way is that not captive.

Your two-weeks doesn't seem truthy enough for a truth teller like you. When did two business days turn into two weeks? YOU know he emailed on a Saturday and I called him (gasp) that same day? On the weekend of all things. He doesn't take the call. Monday afternoon I speak with Travis and compare notes. Travis hadn't spoke with him either but we were both in agreement, it's just a good time to cut ties with him. The attention he brought on himself and our agency was not an image we ever wanted to identify with. (Your tastes may vary. His cheap hotel vid may be hilarious to you road warriors. )

I called him a second time either Monday evening or Tuesday morning. He doesn't take the call. Then he goes public on the forum and we communicate that way. So your two-weeks were what...1.5 business days until he would communicate. But it was around 1-minute from opening the email to actually calling him.

I'm not saying this is JG's case at all but when an agent is starting to go down he will move the companies he is still clear with and leave behind the companies he has debt with. They do that because they don't intend to pay the debt back and want to still be able to write biz on the other companies. Any IMO with any experience is going to want to verify all debt balances if an agent only wants to move some contracts. It's much less alarming to the up line if they want to move everything.

JG is the opposite of captive. He is not wanted. How much less captive can he be. We have plenty of other agents that have contracts several places. Some with you. They are fine. What do you think is different in this case?

This could become the never ending thread as long as everyone feels it necessary to respond tit-for-tat, present a counter charge for each charge made, etc. It will only end when one is willing to say, "enough" and be courageous enough to give the other person the last word.

I don't want to be dragged into this situation at all. This is getting bloody and I try and avoid ALL wars as much as possible. I've been playing this game a long time and have lived through and seen MANY OF THESE WARS. This kind of stuff happens ALL the time, but when it does I like to grab a beer and watch from the sidelines.


I have friends on both sides and I'm already feeling the heat of this battle to "PICK A SIDE OR ELSE". I don't like to be put in that situation because I like to remain friendly with as many people as possible, but it is what it is.


Like I said before I have known Brad for 6 or 7 years and I run with 360. Benny THE BULL and Doug are my teammates and 2 of my closest buddies in the game. We get along well and have fun traveling together. I will continue to run with them and make things happen.

Please though, don't involve me any further with this issue and I will stay out of it and drink my beer.

The most important part is I have no debt. We all go up and down as we write business every week but I'm not the kind of person to pull a stunt like that, I value doing this for a living too much and yes Scott you are correct you did call me both times but I never knew it until we spoke in Wednesday, you didn't leave a voice mail.
