Just saw a TV commercial for SL. They were highlighting the fact that they have a ROP policy. I am assuming they were talking about WL, but they may have term. Said that you would get full face amount at death and if you live would get a full return of premium when the contract endowed. The problem I see is that a WL policy won't endow until at least age 100 and no ages were mentioned. Makes it sound like they are offering something that nobody else does.

That commercial is referencing a senior term product they offer. If you out live the term you get all of your premiums back.

It is a Simple Issue Term with ROP . . . Commissions suck - like 40% at the max. most get 30%.

SL normal 20 year Term pays over 100% with renewals . . .

ROP policies suck . . . Best to buy normal Term and invest the difference. Like ole A L Williams recommended . . .

Its also nearly impossible to find a fund that will allow for you to invest $10 $20 a month (the difference)
Right. AL Williams, then Primerica, apparently had a way to have an investment account using small dollar amounts, but outside of them it's not a likely scenario.
