Senior Life Insurance

Since nobody wants to man up...here is the comparison report I received from Oxford Life. I don't deal with Senior Life so someone needs to post those rates and we will see where they fall!

For Sr Life's super-preferred rates:

55 male, 10k = $28.82 (cheaper than anything on your list)
60 male, 10k = $36.98 (cheaper than anything on your list)
65 male, 10k = $49.17 (cheaper than anything on your list)

And these SL rates are for someone who is insulin dependent diabetic with no other health issues, ht/wt proportioned, non-tobacco. Female rates equally impressive.

Super-preferred not all that difficult to qualify for, but it's not for everyone either.

Thank you. I'm happy to note that age 70 male tobacco shows LH with the smallest pre $94.80...It's even lower if you smoke unfiltered Camels...

Now wait a minute Greg...In post #11, you asked for all this criteria, but you said 40lbs overweight could still get the super preferred rates. Now you're indicating "ht/wt proportionate". Which one is it?

I am really not against LH or SL. I do not really care. However, I can tell you some LH abused agent stories. Lately I have replaced more Foresters than LH. I believe I have only run into one SL so far. But I do not do the FE numbers you super massive awsomest guys do. Oh and the only persistency I care about is mine

Question:

By no other health issues does that include meds for HBP and Cholesterol? On the 60 year old male what is max Wt for 5'8" and for 6'?

BTW, I sell low, but do not need to be the lowest. And a good bit of it is on the phone. But not cold. Again, not selling FE only.

Edit: Does the agent control if the client gets these rates if qualified?

Thanks

Good point. By 40 lbs. overweight I should be clearer. I meant, for example...
6'0", 259
5'7", 232
4'10", 189

applies to either males or females. To me 5'7" (male or female) who weighs 232 is easily 40+ lbs. overweight.

Diabetes and HBP is no go.
One med for sugar and one med for cholesterol is ok
Max wt. for 5'8"=237
Max wt. for 6'0"=259

The agent controls if the proposed insured qualifies for super-pref., don't have to wait for the corp. underwriters to a give the ok. Corp. underwriters do get med. records for super-pref. over $20k face amt.

And receiving a 60% commission with NO renewals (that is based on a 75% commission schedule). Back down to earth now, WoW.:nah::D
