Has anyone been using the Enhanced POS for Settlers. Any differences noted in the way it is conducted in comparison with the regular POS?

I used it. A lot like RNA.

You have to request the "Enhanced POS" other wise you get their normal POS the Enhanced will get your apps issued in 72 hours

Were you told the policy was approved and given a policy number at the conclusion of the interview?

Yes....and No.

But it did 'seem' there was more conversation between the client and the interviewer. Thing is I wrote it way back on the 3rd and it's just today showing issued. But then this one was a mail in so it took longer.

Your not given a policy number but I was told the policies were approved. All 4 were faxed apps with EFT for first premium

If that be the case, it is not any faster than the regular POS. The only difference is you leave the house knowing it will be issued ..... eventually.

It's not that big of a deal to me since they won't pay commission until it drafts anyway. I was reading to contract and it looks like chargebacks don't come out of advances but are paid back out of the 40% that's held back is that right? Anyone know.

Don't know about the chargebacks.. Never had one with them.. However, they don't hold back the 40%. They pay it as earned each month so it takes 12 months before you completely clear the advance.
