Is anyone else having issues with CS with them.
I keep emailing them.
No response! what so ever!!!
I think some company called EXL Services have taken over the admin for them.
I'm fairly certain NGL is still the owner??

Their customer service can now be described with one word .... NONE

It's still NGL but they have a new TPA for service. I think it is EXL?

But I've noticed no difference in their customer service from when they were open. Terrible then. Terrible now. This new TPA does answer the phones quicker than NGL did.

Just got off the phone with a beneficiary who’s father passed 03/27. She had him cremated and paid for it. Now she wants to file the claim. I guess you can email the claims department?

I never had an issue with Ngl with cs . I used to stack some Gi’s and I used them . I wrote about 10 with them . I guess it was 2016 they stopped selling thru agents .

They allowed direct bill. Is there any well known company that we can write direct bill ?

They couldn't compete when they were in business. SNL, KSKJ, UHL, AmAm will allow direct monthly bill. If anyone is dumb enough to write it.

Trans and Aetna will change to monthly direct after first the first payment. But who wants to write direct monthly bill?

Maybe AmAm doesn't anymore? I haven't written for them in over 10 years.

What’s wrong If someone wants to write the company a check?

Do you refuse to do business with someone who wants direct monthly bill ?

What if they want quarterly?

Why is the agent who writes DB dumb ?
