Should I

Hey everyone.

So I was talking to my GA today about a group prospect and they told me that I should go with a broker to help me get my foot in the door since I am new to writing groups. I know the advantages of being under a broker would be guidance, support, and training. However what are some disadvantages? Should I just try to learn everything myself?
Should I stay independent or should I go under the wing of a broker?

Help me out!!! thanks

You can also have a carriers rep do this with you as well...And i'm going to post the cons of that...If you walk in with a carrier rep and that rep gives the presentation its almost like your no longer an independent rep and are pushing that carriers product.

This may be a help in the very begining to understanding how to run this presentation but I think if it is a smaller case it might be better to run it yourself and learn more.
