I'm in a webinar and they are stating Small Groups don't have to have 30 hours eligiblity requirement, they can still keep their 40 hours requirment to work? I'm so confused...

Oh is it? Well, its safe to say my handle says it all.

Yeah, eligibility hours for benefit are established by each state.
I guess the federal law could trump that but then it could end up reverting to the IRS definition of full time employee.
