Something happened to the AmMem Orca relationship. Not sure what it was. But they are not the bed fellows they used to be. They preference amam now.

They bought AmMem. That product is still available to brokers.

No. They still sell that direct and thru credit unions. This is the same AmMem product. But they answer the phones as Trustage now.

But you can't use a Trustage surrender form. Still have to use an AmMem form.

I suppose one day they will be one and the same?

I haven't used the SNL eapp in years but it was instant decision when I did. Did they change that?

Yes. Went from instant decision to decision THEN phone call to verify client information with client on the phone.

Columbian i one of the easiest companies to do business with. The CS crew is great and most thinks can be taken care of by the agent over the phone.
