SOA-48hrs Rule by CMS.

Hi Everyone,
I am working with a company Called Platleads.com and i am buying live transfers from this company for the last 3 years all the transfers are TCPA compliance and with third party verification. the conversion rate is v-good. but now as per CMS 48hrs law. CAn i still take the live Transfers or it has to be the inbound calls?

please share your thoughts.

Are those live transfers from a call center calling leads and then transferring to you? Or are they taking inbound calls and routing to you? If the latter, it’s still in inbound call.
