Starting With Securus

No naming names. That would not be nice. But, those who recruit for Securus know that the bottom line starting commission is 55%. The more you produce and or recruit the higher you can get to. If the recruiter decides to start you out higher than that is great. I am merely going by what I was told. But remember, I am a newbie so maybe I am only worth 55% to an agency.

Mr. Roberts -- my suggestion is to look elsewhere, whether it's with another Securus recruiter, or with another FMO.

Equita is a great company to look into; their new guys start anywhere between 80% and 90%, depending on who's group your in. Ask for Chase; he'll shoot you straight.

Thank you. Lastly, I am not knocking anyone. I am only providing information and my opinion on that information. I am sure there are a lot of people making a good living all over. I wish everyone the best for 2012.

They've got to be smoking crack to give out 55% and have you pay $20.95 for a lead (that they re-sell next month).

That's just insane.

(BTW, their contract is 140% and their leads MIGHT cost them $35).

Again nobody is working for 55%. They offered me 90% and I had never sold an insurance product in my life. This is getting ridiculous.

Yeah. You always have to wait till the second or third call to start the praying. You don't know on the first call if they are the debil or not.
