I think it's great that new agents know more than experienced agents. So I would definitely use robocalls.

This thread has convinced me that there are enough loopholes to go with it. I simply would use Tin's name so that I don't get in trouble.

I think he was trying to say they are on the same team. They are under the same regional but different districts.
She is not a direct agent under him. He does not have any sub agents.
