Stumped: 30yo with Mental Retardation and Diabetes

Diabetics aren't graded with assurity

They're not? I called Assurity the other day, and they said a insulin diabetic would be graded. I asked just insulin or insulin and some other health issue. She said Insulin is graded.

Have you gotten an insulin diabetic through? Because that is a huge game changer for one of my clients. Maybe the underwriter misunderstood me.

Well if insulin diabetics are graded then its a no-go because my client is under 40 and that seems to be the bottom age cutoff for graded coverage with Assurity.

I have been writing Assurity since 2009. I have wrote PLENTY of diabetics with them. It is level 100% if no heart condition.

AWESOME!!
I'm going to write my guys app tomorrow then. Maybe I just got ahold of new underwriter. Who knows, but that's good to know! Thanks!

You are better off reading the app questions than calling the companies. 90% of people at the companies don't know as much as you do. The app is the bible.
