Stumped: 30yo with Mental Retardation and Diabetes

I think he may be talking about the "M.I.B." plan. At least in FL it goes down to the younger ages. Not sure what they are...I don't have the info on it at the moment.

In some states they have the Security Care Plan which is little more liberal underwriting than the SSP and goes down to age 0. However, it is not in TN.. Wish it was.

I am totally stumped by this situation I came across on Friday:

I have a 30yo female with mental retardation but is functioning pretty well knows what life insurance is etc. Her Mom has POA. However, she was diagnosed with diabetes at 11yo and has been on 40 units of insulin since. Settlers won't take her at Bronze due to age (<40) and TA won't take her with immediate solution because in the underwriting section insulin use before 29 is a decline.

In another thread I saw where Columbia Life may. Anything else?

Thanks :1baffled:

Columbian goes down to 25 on GI.
