I print some emails and text for the file.

I re: text as well as emails for easy search.

More than once a term client has said "I wanted Term" after 20 years of low premium that just exploded. And now they have a cancer and heart history. I forward the multiple emails and copies of the letters we have sent over the years.

Don't worry... from what I can see here, it won't even get to trial. And if they know and pull the post on this thread... this little ship will not sail.
