It's interesting that Democrat leadership is jittery over this upcoming ruling. They say that this is the most "conservative" Supreme Court since the 1950's.

There is no way this thing is going to get overturned under this President, no way. I don't care how conservative the court is or who was insulted. It isn't gonna happen.

The only way this thing might get unraveled is if Obama loses the election.

Health Care reform is coming down to the opinion of Justice Kennedy. You know for damn sure Scalia Thomas and Alito won't pass it. Justice Roberts probably the same, which leaves Kennedy the swing vote.

You guys do not have the whole story, as the press is not telling the complete truth. When the supreme court hears this in March, they are only looking to see if the plaintiffs aka the attorney generals have the right to file the case, as many of the AG's are no longer the AG's, they are former AG's. They will make the decision whether or not to hear the current case, or make them refile with the new AG's, by mid to late summer. At that point it will be to up to them and their schedule to decide if the mandate is constitutional. So in other words, don't get so excited about what the lame stream media is saying at this point. We will not know anything until after the election.
