T-65 Telemarketing Scirpt

I'm good for now. I'll keep you in mind for other contracts though. What all do you offer?

Honestly Senior, I really am not trying to recruit you, but I really do feel we have products that many agents dont even know are out there... Let me give you a few examples:

We have an FMO deal with a Funeral Trust Company. It is the equivalent of going to the Funeral home and Prepaying your funeral. But your not locked in with that particular Funeral Home. Also for people on Medicaid, its great for spending down assets, and for those without LTC, this trust is sheltered from nursing homes and the medicaid 5 year look back.

We also have a bond program. Many people, me in particular, would have clients who had bonds and I knew NOTHING about them. And many of the people who own bonds no NOTHING about them. We have a program here that actually prints out a statement everymonth for your clients. IT looks like a bank statement, interest earned, current interest rate, when to cash out. There are billions and billions of dollars in US Savings Bonds earning ZERO interest.

These two plans is where we focus our seminars on.

This isnt mentioning our Advantages, Annuities, and Life plans with lead support and HIGH commissions. Its hard to find a company like ours, it really is.

The president of our company just left this morning to fly out to AZ to help a brokered agent do a seminar.

Great Group Of People, Im telling ya.

:SLEEP:i know

I'm looking at FuneralTrusts.com: Irrevocable Funeral Trusts information, FAQs, rates, quotes, articles and Free Consultations as a way to upsell our agency's client base of seniors (reverse mortgages, Medicare plans).

I'd love to speak with someone instead of posting back and forth.

Ramiz...I'm pretty sure you guys are not in CT but if you have any insight on which company to use it would be greatly appreciated.

In CT it looks like the max for prepaid funeral costs protected is $5400. I'm not sure if this is the same amount for the IFT's as well. Hard to find exact info.

I can be reached at 860-501-1380 any day during 9:00AM-9:00PM EST for IFT discussion only please.

The more I look into Irrevocable Funeral Trusts the more I wonder. There are very few national companies and even fewer discussions on the internet about this product.

Is it because it's fairly new or because there is not a huge demand for it?

With all you savy agents out there I would think you'd be all over it if it was such a hot product.

I think further discussion is warranted here and hope some of you who are in the know could add to this.

My, my! Must have hurt someone's feelings... I'm very sorry.

My point is that there is too much fluff in the thread responses. With a little more maturity, one can stick to the point of the thread. If you want to spend (waste) a half hour of your time going through this fluff, you either have too much time on your hands, or else get frustrated like me and others who are trying to find something of value related to the thread subject.

Here's the problem. The title of the thread asks for a "scirpt." If you had asked for a script you would have received different responses.

Actually, I don't cold call so I always can say something like, "I'm Rick Bronstein and you recently returned a card, were on the net, etc. Were you looking for a quote or general information?"

If you reach the proper age group (over 68), the response is generally good.

Rick
