Telesales - Brutal Truth

John, you ignoring my request to clear the record speaks volumes.

To be clear, I have never, EVER tried to contract with KSKJ, nor have I ever been turned down by them. I have no use for them.

Whatever you were trying to insinuate was borderline libel.

You completely fabricated a story to try and diminish my credibility in the industry. Very low.

Your reputation follows you.

I haven't fabricated anything so that looks like libel on your part.

Looks like it's time for your pansy ass to lawyer up since you want to go to court.

Talk to your buddy in Ohio about a good one. His lawyer supposedly sent me a letter 5 and a half years ago. He told me to "look for it".

I've been looking. Still haven't gotten it. He either sent it Pony Express, the lawyer is waiting to get paid before sending it or possibly it never was sent?

Maybe you will have better luck?

Oh John, there you go again. Name calling and fabricating the truth.

To be clear, I wouldn't spend the time or money to kindly send you a cease and desist. No letter coming from me, or my lawyer. Everyone reading this knows your reputation, and if I ever get the pleasure to meet you in person I'd shake your hand, I have no personal hard feelings towards you. I believe you are just severely misguided.

On another note, North Star is the LARGEST producing final expense telesales IMO in the entire country, hands down. Our home office is in a state of the art facility, we have over 10 partner call centers, and dozens of agents working from the comfort of their home all plugging in to one central location.

I get calls from carriers weekly, BEGGING for our production (some of the same companies you represent), and we politely turn them down.

KSKJ does not have the cash reserves to keep up with my production, so your notion that I would even consider them is a total farce.

I wont be responding anymore to you. Its apparent your'e only here to push your agenda, and discredit anyone with opposing facts.

I wish you the best of luck John.

Your facility is nice. I'll bet your people love that.

How much production do you guys do?

The Pony Express preferred to hire wiry, juvenile orphans as riders. Riders couldn't weigh too much and the company preferred to not have to pay survivor benefits (dangerous job with Indians, crooks and whatnot).:skeptical: The pay was outstanding, however.

That was the #1 agent? How did this number lead Am Am? That doesn't sound right.

What doesnt sound right about that?

Well, I wasn't meaning to criticize your agent's earnings or production, so there's nothing wrong with it. It just sounds a little light to lead a company in production is all.

I wish you had responded to my earlier question upthread, instead of this one. I am genuinely curious about your business model.

p.s., About the "as earned" argument: "well, they really made more, but they only 1099 as earned" -- that logic is flawed, unless the agent in question is a first year agent. Need I explain why?

Thank you. Yes, our call center is about as nice as it gets. Not bragging, but its true. Please feel free to visit anytime if you're ever passing through.

I humbly wont tell you exactly how much premium we produced last year, but I will say it was more than 10 million, 100% over the telephone. No brokers, only agents and partner call centers plugging into our system and following our entire process.

My top agent has only been writing business as a 1099 agent for less than 18 months. So there is a lot of money not accounted for. 2016 was her first full year with us. She did not break 200k, but was relatively close (when you add her advance balance to her 1099). Remember, she has very little to write off. The money we are talking about is NET, after expenses. Now she is the best of the best, so getting close to 200k requires alot, and no one has ever done it but her.

Im sorry I missed your earlier question. Our business model is simply allowing our agents to do nothing more than sell. We do all the marketing, qualifying, and servicing. In other words, if someone goes NSF, our conservation team will get the customer on the phone and fix it.

There is also no drive time since we sell 100% over the phone. So in a 40 hour work week, your application output will be higher than any face to face agent, without a doubt, skill level withstanding.

I hope that answers your questions, I really wasnt trying to ignore you. I guess you could say I was distracted. :)

We replace very little. Around 5%, mostly due to older clientele wanting to drop a term policy for a permanent solution.

TV leads arent as easy as it sounds. Most people are shoppers so we deal with the same % of tire kickers as you would with DM.

The difference really is preference. Do you like sitting in a nice office and presenting the product, or driving to their home and meeting face to face.

From our experience, the closing ratio is about the same. But we rework our leads more than an average agent would.

What process does a call center have in place to re-work a call-in lead?

And, if you don't mind: how much AP did your top producer write last year? (I've heard you have agents writing 600+ apps per year -- Wow. Although I am curious what % sticks. Surely it's much lower than industry average?)

I'm sorry I missed your earlier question. QUOTE]

You were under fire when I slipped my questions in, so I assumed that's why they went unanswered. Here they are again.
