Term life for 65 yo

I'm looking for a $100,000 20 year term policy for a 65 yo non-smoking female in Texas. Per her she has excellent health goes for regular check-ups and doesn't take any meds.

I need a 20 year term policy that has reasonable rates but isn't going to require full para-med. I don't want any surprises with the para-med. What company would y'all be recommend?
