Termed for Out-of-service Area

My understanding was that termination for leaving the plan service area was based on where Social Security checks are mailed (dating myself here), but the address that SS has on file since they don't mail many checks anymore!

I'd be curious to hear back if a call to Medicare can remedy this or if Humana's termination stands.

You know something seems off.

If he is just calling you now about a PDP cancelled in Aug, I Would seem to believe there is more to the story, Why did he wait? Did he get a plan during AEP if not why?

Many people travel and spend months in other states with no issues,

It doesn't help Humana one of the most difficult to get straight answers from even about the most simple things
