If all you want are organic searches, you can certainly generate that without a lot of difficulty. Just target the following as examples:
Free health insurance quotes
$40 health insurance
Lowest price health insurance
You get the idea. Of course hardly any of them will buy.

If I sold 1 out of 3.5, I would write almost 2000 policies every year.
it works... like i said... searches... 10 new visits = 1 lead... and 3.5 leads = 1 sell
Wow, this leads me to believe 80% of internet leads must be email spam if organic searches are so low.

I believe he was saying he sells 1 policy for every 3.5 people that request quotes. So...if 5 people each day request a quote...he is writing 43 apps per month...which is great.
As mentioned...I would think that if you write 1 in 3.5, you are in the upper 2%!
