Nothing wrong with being provided leads as long as you are making that choice. This forum is an echo chamber sometimes, make your own decision whether or not you think it’s fair. There is no 100 percent right or wrong.

Agree--had already made the decision, based on finding an IMO that I could work with

Interesting. I left a few bad places for IFG and I have nothing but great compliments. Started me off at 100% contract with most carriers (AIG sucks no matter what brokerage you go with) and I went from there. I work whenever I want. No required meetings and I work from home.
