Yeah I agree, you can't advertise for MA leads via telemarketed contact..a big CMS no no.
Marketing representatives may not accept an appointment to sell an MA or Part D product that resulted from an unsolicited contact, regardless of who made the contact even if the call started based on a non-MA or non-PDP product.

Prohibited telephonic activities include:
Bait-and-switch strategies such as making unsolicited outbound calls to beneficiaries about other business as a means of generating leads for Medicare plans. Examples of other lines of business include discount prescription drug card, Medigap plan, needs assessment, educational event, a review of Medicare coverage options, or any other service that is not an MA plan or PDP.

Hey take the time to read the lead description on my site lol, they are medsupp leads and by default you WILL get ma people, it happens. They are not specifically MA leads. There is no supp lead out there that can cut that mess out, its just im honest about what you will get if you order the medsupp leads, funny thing is most medsuup guys work dm.

Let me see if I under stand this, 360 charges about the same as you but you need to be contracted, fortune charges way more than you without a contract for outsourced telemarketing lead, I charge less than you but have a membership fee.

Got a love the free market America the great. And at the end of the day it was all copied from Thad, awesome I think I deserve an override.
