The Lead Jerk

I used to run specials and sales for Final Expense Leads, but seriously how is The Lead Jerk or others doing it for soooooo cheap?

At the end of the day a lead is a lead and ROI is the most important thing, but my god man, I thought I had the corner lot.

A lot of us Forum regulars just assumed that JG was buying the leads off of you. Isn't an Avatar system pretty expensive to purchase and get up and running?

We all wish our competitors would just go out of business but in reality competition is what makes us all get better.

You guys are selling similar leads BUT the differences will come in the ordering process, order fulfillment, different levels of quality of the recordings, different levels of skill of the operator interacting with the prospects, ease of agents getting credits or questions answered, etc.

Price may be similar but someone will prove to be slightly better in some way. Then the others will improve. Then someone will find another way to have a slight edge, and on and on.

The free market is what forces businesses to keep refining and improving. It's actually a good thing.

Thad had a big head start. That should give you an advantage having your systems down pat and building a large base of happy customers. They will test the others but will come back if you offer the better experience.

Plenty of room for everyone.

Avatar leads are still in their "growth" stage as a whole, meaning more and more vendors will enter the market, like 360 and Matt, and begin to put pressure on reducing pricing, but at the same time, increasing lead acquisition cost, as more vendors means more saturation meaning less response.

Scott is right - smart avatar companies will learn to differentiate their product on quality, processing, communication, etc. There are a lot more reasons one will buy leads than to getting the cheapest price point.

In the mean time, I say enjoy riding the wave while it lasts; most likely, the Feds will intervene and employ some new rule preventing our Terminator Telemarketers from interacting with live human beings sometime over the next few years.

How anyone could believe that avatar leads get around the ban on robocalls is surprising to say the least. The defense that "the guy that sold them to me said they were legal" probably won't be the best defense.
