I wouldn't say rob all of our leads are online lol. and i just happened to remember the FE clients that my trainer took me on that we wrote some expensive policies on.

He has every right to sell a client if they call him to recommend him on what to do for aep.
I would 100% send an aep letter to my clients saying it's time to do an overview of their plan.
In florida, at least, you can't deny me work. If a client wants me to review their current policy, and they are overpaying. I'm moving them.
