This Time "Bill Me" Didn't Work

I have a client on AARP Medicare Complete Choice Plus MA-PD. She has been going to Chemo Therapy, in network. The Cancer Center, though, has been making her pay up front, before each round of chemo (total of three visits each time). For years, I've been telling all my Medicare clients to say, "Bill Me" when they check out, and, thus far, it has worked.

Can an In-Network facility do this?

Sure. Collecting a copay at time of service is normal in an MA plan, unlike in Original Medicare, where par docs are required to file first, collect balance, if any, later.
