Those of You that Travel to Sell FE

This whole being under one of the Fab5 instead of the company [360] sounds like Multi-level Marketing (MLM). Maybe they're the Amway of FE! Reminds me of a spin off of WFG. The whole traveling thing is weird as well. Oh well, whatever floats your boat!

I traveled to st. Louis last week, met with a business owner to complete applications, and flew back same day.

12k in annual premium spreadout over 4 different companies using simplified issued companies.

All but 1 policy has issued.

Was it weird to travel???

Money never sleeps

Let's go back and REREAD what CJR said in his previous post.

CJR: "I'm starting with 360 soon and talked to Ben about these aged DM leads, apparently there is a GOOD AMOUNT IN MY AREA. For an average new guy starting out what would be an average closing ratio on these?"

He said the aged leads were in his area. So my suggestion was to swipe up as many aged leads as possible in his backyard. It would be an efficient and inexpensive way to get started with 360. Do you find this to be a bad idea for CJR, Travis?

When I travel, I fly for free anywhere in the US so the only thing I pay for is a rental car and a hotel.
I don't NEED to do the sales blitzes. I go to put faces to names and to help train agents on ride alongs. Many people like the camaraderie those trips provide and we try to have them in areas easily accessible to several 360 agents so we can meet and train together. Agents travel by car and plane and seem to find these blitzes valuable. For most agents these blitzes are a one-time thing to get to know everyone. But I believe these blitzes have placed some extra value with the 360 program. I believe these functions provide a little value to some. Others don't need or want that or see that as value and for those agents, that's ok. It's definitely not up everyones alley.

When we do not close or sit with the lead we usually give the leads to the new 360 agents in that area for free.

There are aged leads for VARIOUS reasons. As you very well know agents fall out of this business no matter where they're at for NUMEROUS reasons. Some agents order several in an area and move. Some order a bunch of leads and quit before they ever even start. There are definitely no aged leads in MY area because I snatch them all up and take advantage of them.

Newby is having to pass out HUGE contracts right now because the "FREE-MARKET SYSTEM" is at work. It's alive and well! :)

Ben will provide you with a current aged leads list.

Oh I know Ben will, they are by no means being pushed on me. It's my choice, for me it's a way to cut my teeth on DM leads at a fraction of the cost. Why not pay less for valuable teaching lessons...

You did that from aged DM leads? I think that is what he was referring to. LOL.
