Those of You that Travel to Sell FE

Hi Kettle, they call me Pot. ......................

What you talkin bout Willis?

----------

Ya, I'm going to be under Ben. And quite frankly even going under Doug with less than street I'd still jump at it. Talking to a lot of IMO's I can honestly say for me the best fit is 360. I know other IMO's have a lot of successful guys, but I felt that 360 was new agent friendly without being lost in the shuffle. EFES would never return calls or emails. Ben was on the ball with questions I had, and Doug was more than happy to help me, even recommending me to Ben. I know I could contact any of them, regardless of who my upline was, and receive advice. That's huge to me.

So why didn't you 'jump' at the opportunity with Doug? I guess the whole thing is confusing to me...Doug is the HUGE producer, right? Why not go that route? Was it the higher commissions and the same training calls and access that made you go with Ben?

I guess having 2 competing agencies(or agents) from the same IMO recruiting on the same forum is bizarre to me...especially when they claim to both give access to themselves and the same type of training...hell Ben says he'll meet you where you live.

The serious question is...why didn't you go under dougs program?

Because I live a lot closer to Ben. I think that's the biggest thing that struck me about 360, they honestly care about the agent, not neccasarily themselves. Doug was super helpful, after talking to him and my situation he flat out gave me Ben's number. That says alot to me personally.

Fair enough. Thanks. .

Yep lol, in fact I should do a thread. I IMO shopped every IMO you can think of. EFES was a tough choice when they finally did contact me. The guy who replaced Shannon Davey is super energetic and super attentative. For me it came down to there and 360. The only thing I know is if I don't think I'm getting what I need from 360 and need to go to EFES that can happen. With EFES I'd have to produce so much before they'd release, or sit out six months.

As long as you feel you made the right decision, good for you. How does 360 work? Do the Fab5 have territories and agents go under them? Or do all the Fab5 have to compete with each other for agents? Just wondering. Also, one day when each of the Fab5 have enough people under them, I'm sure they will leave Brad/360 to form their own IMO. Wonder if Brad has anticipated that and if there is any tension.

At FeX, I heard Travis and Scott are are under JD!! Lol

At FaeX, I heard Travis and Scott are actually really need JD!! Lol. I/k

I couldn't even begin to make assumptions on how they work. As I learned in the Army, that's above my pay level. All I know is I'm a newbie surrounded by a bunch of successful guys in THE MARKET I'm trying to break into. Surrounding yourself with successful people can't hurt your chances of being successful.
