Tips for new agents on ride-alongs

Not being a dick rider, but Jose and my previous upline who are full time producers answered my phone calls typically when I called. There is also the groupme for when anybody has questions someone usually responds within seconds.

That is good to know. I am not too familiar with "groupme", is that where all producers in the FMO can chime in with help ?
