Tips for new agents on ride-alongs

Reading this thread it seems there's more than a 10-15% chance there's a real no account varmint on the loose here.

Maybe even a lower no account than the coward Jack McCall who shot Wild Bill Hickok from behind. If memory serves, he got his just desserts in the end. Those were simpler times, eh?

He better learn to take advice or he's going to have a lot of friends and not so many clients.

I've come to realize I really enjoy taking new agents on ride alongs.

With you focused on personal production, how do you support agents when they call you and need support ?

Not being a dick rider, but Jose and my previous upline who are full time producers answered my phone calls typically when I called. There is also the groupme for when anybody has questions someone usually responds within seconds.
