Tips From Top Producers To Combat Coronavirus Objections

Ive been prepping for years. Not like bunkers and the stuff you see on TV, but guns, ammo, ways to clean water, non-perishable foods.

I ramped up a little bit on food about a month ago. I saw this one coming.

I just bought a whole house generator, reinforced the doors (nothing crazy just 3" screws), cleaned all the guns and distributed throughout the house.

Packing while I'm at home too. The sky's not fallen yet, but just preparing (prepping).

I also have stockpiled cash. Not in the mattress, but I can personally survive for a few years on $0 income.

I also got with the top telesales guys in the biz to create something for our agents. Rolling it out this week.

I have 6 different quality lead sources that will work especially well for telesales...for folks that have some cash and those on a shoe string budget.

Oh and I did buy about 150 rolls of TP about a month ago. And a 3 month food supply that will last 25 years.

@DayTimer is right. Adapt or die. Lots of folks are going to be hurting bad. Those that saved, prepared and are well-capitalized will be fine.

Shoot I bought $30,000 in airline and Royal Caribbean stock the other day. Once they get bailed out, I think I'm gonna double/triple my money.

I dislike the looks of security screen doors. Installing on the two doors in the front today.

I filled up at Costco yesterday, stopped inside to pick up a couple things. I noticed a lot of people that were 'printing'. This is California, that is not the norm.

I do not expect complete break down. Looting yes. Suburbs over run? No. However, my house is the kids rally point. 40,000 of pool water and pool shock on hand.

FB_IMG_1584905322124.jpg I'm in Traverse City, which in the summer is a tourist town, but very uncrowded in the winter.

This was the third grocery store I went to and all they had left was the Puffs.

All this **** happens the same year that the Boy Scouts of America declares bankruptcy.

Coincidence? I think not!

Well, Philly itself imposed a "stay-at-home-order" beginning at 8:00am tomorrow.

So agents out there door knocking are outlaws.

The City of Philadelphia has issued a stay-at-home order for residents, effective Monday at 8 a.m. until further notice.

All residents must remain at home unless for essential purposes, such as obtaining food or seeking medical attention, or essential business employees. Other activities permitted under the order include caring for family, friends or an animal, exterminating, appliance and electronics repair, public safety, and outdoor exercise with proper social distancing.

Abernathy made clear that although there are exceptions, they shouldn't be treated as an outing. "Grocery stores should discourage leisure or idle conduct and manage store occupancy to allow for social distancing," he cautioned.

And it may only get worse when the charge backs come next month from those policy holders who were working and are now or soon to be unemployed.

The majority of our clients aren't dependent upon employment for their income.. The SS checks and most likely the retirement checks will keep coming.. even in a steep downturn in the economy. But here is what may happen to those who try to use the present situation as a closing tool.. Many of the procrastinators may be frightened into buying but as soon as the initial fear passes, they will drop it.
