Back to my production...Gooner you strike me as a guy that will really make it far in FE or whatever you pick to do. I have been at this for 7 years now and I have never had an agent under me until Jan 01 2014. So I will say this I am debt free and don't have any bills...I didn't do this in the last 6 months. That was done from my production the last 6 years as a personal producer. Guess what....I have never ever ever seen JD's production, but guess what...I believe he writes business. It is kind of like LH since all I did was give a little advice on one thing I thought would help FEX and then production gets brought up??? I am not bashing FEX! I have no problem with an IMO that gives high contracts and training and a lot more, I AM GRATEFUL! I was just giving a tip and since I have done that, my phone has been blowing up with people telling me they are glad I said it. It was getting old seeing these roundabout posts that really made no sense except to shine light on FEX and get people to call and join up.

Here's the thing man...you're on here a lot...talking training, leads etc... You told me Monday that SNL, Assurity and 5 Star were your "Go To" companies.

SNL isn't even my main company and I've put $22K with them this year. You weren't on the "newsletter". All you had to do was put $2,500 with them to get on it...

The Assurity guys didn't know who you were...not saying that you or your group has written more or less than 8-9K all year...but maybe??? again

I just find it odd that someone who is out there "training" agents doesn't have any production or much production with claiming 2 of his top 3 carriers.

Since you brought up Lincoln Heritage...isn't that what there managers are good at...training without production.

Grrrrrrr Travis I'm on my phone and can't clip your post! Do bare with me. The analogy was great! I understand that. But let me make one. Hey Dale (my brother) I just found this amazing lead company. You won't believe how great the leads are! Why wouldn't I just text my brother that instead of posting here? Then an agent says, hey where do I get these leads? Oh your not with 360 you can't get them. I've just seen some posts that were more like throwing sh%t in non fex agents face than I could handle. All I'm saying is, keeping the secrets with fex is fine but why make posts that are just teasers? I would much rather read this. ......."hey guys, fex has great calls on Friday. If you want in, let us know and we will get you contracted. "

I know I'm on the hook for chargebacks. That's a given. Also how I run it is up to me. All I am saying is don't knock what others are doing, just talk about what you do. But be upfront about it and not put pointless posts.

I have never made one post to try to recruit and you would be shocked at how many agents I get that have never heard of the forum. Like katt williams says about the crocodile Hunter. .. I'm friendly and educational! I just help anyone I can anytime I can. If they decide to work with me that's fine. But they don't have to work with me to get my help.

Gooner, there was a problem with SNL but I couldn't write them because I was getting my contract moved with them. I just recently got that done and can write them. Once I got it done I took a 3 week vacation after the Iowa trip. But I'll tell you this...I have done more than 2500 with them. I am not LH, I produce each week. You have posts on here every day every hour. So exactly when do you write business?
You say assurity doesn't know me? So your telling me an insurance company that has been in business 120 years is telling you my business? I really hope that is true because then I will be able to retire!

I'm extremely efficient...it's called a mobile app. Everyone I care to talk to during the day has jobs, so that's an out. On days that I do work...not very many...I screw around on here in between appointments, when I grab lunch. If you notice most of my post are completely pointless, barbs in threads that I find interesting. I regularly comment that I don't contribute as much as others to this forum....I want to be like SAI when I grow up.

Doesn't really matter though, when I write business...I don't need 20 appointments to write 3K in AP a week. If I get 10 appointments a week, I'm going to have a great week...plain and simple. 10 appointments usually takes me all of 15 hours and another 5-6 driving, so 20 or so hours a week to generate 5K in commission. Yup I'm lazy, that's all I want to do. I worked a long ass day today, 17 hours, wrote 12 apps...didn't eat, except an energy bar for breakfast, until 10:30 tonight...yet I found a way to post periodically on this forum.

My wife has facebook...I have the forum.

Monkey dust is in the club, the group, team, platoon. Friday calls and comrades in the battle is the Monkey dust. Secret sauce, monkey dust, super duper special secrets are as JD said, a joke. Newby, Travis or JD do not know any thing that has not already been through of by somebody else years ago. They are just just focused and very good at what they do.
