Last I checked FEX does NOT have the leads in any way, they point you in the direction of leads. But your marketer talk lauded to new agents that they in fact have, generate and offer leads. You misspoke which is fine but god forbid anyone points your flaws out.

I know first hand the offer contracts as low as they can get away with, like everyone else, and yes they can a do have high contracts but it's not the first pass just like everyone else.

Yes they offer releases without question if you haven't produced with said company, but if you have it's a little more difficult, I agree with it but your marketer talk alludes differently to new agents.

They in theory offer independence, again I know first hand you can't smoke the monkey dust unless you sign over your first child. Again I agree with it but your marketer talk again says something different to new agents.

I think all the guys at FEX are good guys, smart and have a great thing, but what you wrote was off a bit and if I wrote the same thing about myself or Todd or Dig you would have destroyed us and called it marketer talk, I know this cuz it's you got to comment.

Everyone on the forum know how you are and are sitting back waiting for the fight cuz even when JD is off on something he will go down with the ship. Cool but childish.

Greg used to call me a "silent recruiter" for EFES as his way of trying to discredit me.

Another one of the recruiters tries to say that I don't ever have anything good to say so people should not pay attention.

You see, that's the rub that goes against all of you haters. I don't have a skin in this recruiting game. I call em like I see em. While I am partial to FEX and EFES I will, and have, call them out when I disagree with them.

You posted something recently about me saying I think my way is the only way. That is simply not true nor have I ever said that. I certainly don't believe that. My way is the only way for me and that's the end of it. Nor do you ever see me on here telling anyone what to do or how to do anything.

I simply say, "this is what I do" and explain what I do. If that helps someone, great. If it doesn't then that's OK too.

If I miss anyone I am sorry, there has been too many posts to keep up with. As far as the guy only writing 2k that week, I just want to clear up he was not there to ride with me. He came to where we were to WORK. So he was not in the car riding with me training everyday. I did help him on a few points that will make him money for years to come.

As far as the SNL production website, if I recall I did not see JD or Travis or Newby on that page either. Man those guys must suck and not sell any FE since they are not on that ONE companies website (hope you see the joke in that and not attack me for saying you three suck )

As far as the leads and talking about SUCKY (or was it crappy) tele leads...John and Gooner don't you sell leads that are either 22 or 25 per lead for a press one and you pay if the lead is 30 years old or 75? An agent that buys those leads has to be able to sell term because it costs too much and data is too limited to make the data more generic. And if they order 25 leads they actually have to give you 5 counties in order to get their order filled? You talk about an agent driving all over God's country? 5 counties for press ones that are EXTREMELY overpriced seems odd to me. If you want to say this is not true, I can post the entire sales pitch for you to hear.

AARP comment...I really had no idea who posted it, but I remembered it. I was just saying what is the point in posting it if you are not going to share it? You just did that to RECRUIT agents or make FEX look so good. It is the same thing you two do with your leads. I remember a post that said something like. "Hey gooner (or John...cant remember who posted it) can you believe how many leads we produced today. That was crazy" Or something like that. That couldn't have been sent in a text message? NO you were wanting to promote your leads without promoting. Just like the thread John Galt and Gooner knows leads. All I am saying is, if you are selling leads, JUST COME OUT AND POST IT! I can't stand little childish ways of beating around the bush.

As far as me recruiting, every post I make to someone about contracts is as follows:

Then the next thing I ask is what state are they in? If they are in Indianna just say, FEX is HANDS DOWN the best IMO I know of for them to go with PERIOD! But lets say they are in Mississippi....Well I am sure I can give them more help and guidance since they are a lot closer to me. Also when people read those posts and call 360, that does not make them go under me. I have had agents call Brad and REQUEST to be with me, and that is the ones I get. The others come from outside sources. Keep in mind I live 5 minutes for ONE LIFE and I also have ties to UNION NATIONAL (Debit company) that I get a lot of agents from. I do not post on this forum to recruit. I see posts all the time where someone asks a question about something. The responses are...If your upline can't answer this maybe you need a new upline. But guess what, when I answer them I just ANSWER THEM!!! That is if I know the answer.

Back to my production...Gooner you strike me as a guy that will really make it far in FE or whatever you pick to do. I have been at this for 7 years now and I have never had an agent under me until Jan 01 2014. So I will say this I am debt free and don't have any bills...I didn't do this in the last 6 months. That was done from my production the last 6 years as a personal producer. Guess what....I have never ever ever seen JD's production, but guess what...I believe he writes business. It is kind of like LH since all I did was give a little advice on one thing I thought would help FEX and then production gets brought up??? I am not bashing FEX! I have no problem with an IMO that gives high contracts and training and a lot more, I AM GRATEFUL! I was just giving a tip and since I have done that, my phone has been blowing up with people telling me they are glad I said it. It was getting old seeing these roundabout posts that really made no sense except to shine light on FEX and get people to call and join up.

Newby I do apologize because you really do help a lot on here, actually more than I think I will ever be able to help. This hasn't been going on for a while but it was just here recently that you could tell it was more of a my **** is bigger than your **** and it got old. I just wanted to bring up the fact that there is probably 50x more people that read this forum than there are that posts here. I just like when an agent asks a question and gets an answer instead of your IMO sucks and you should call me.

John, you told me to not be jealous, I really hate to say this because I in no way try to boast or brag and I am here only to try to help people and it gives me something to do if I get stood up and I am bored in the car...but here it goes. You say I am jealous of FEX...then why have I not released ONE SINGLE AGENT to FEX but have received agents FROM FEX? Please don't ever think I am jealous.

And for the record...I have talked to Travis before and think he is a really great guy (from what I can tell). Newby is a great guy and that goes without saying. I like John Galt and Gooner a LOT! And I have no problem with JD, I just try to ruffle his feathers from time to time because he gets so stern I really made an informative post to try to help a couple things and it gets turned around to production? I will tell you this, the guy that asked about my production...I will personally compare with you if you want, but it shouldn't be about that. FEX has a lot to offer and contributes a lot, but there has just been a lot of posts that were (in my opinion) below FEX standards and I was just informing you all. Kind of like the friend that will let you know if you have a booger in your nose or something in your teeth...that is all I was doing.

It was responding to a comment of the sensitivity, office politics had nothing to do with my comment.

I'm not saying you should share everything. Sure there should be things that you should keep to yourself. But to be petty about Ben having an opinion and get riled up is foolish.

Ben helped me months and months before I went Indy and switched my focus to final expense.

He answered my calls. He helped with no stipulation I start with 360 and have my contracts there.

He PRAISED FEX, and was never petty like "Well they don't offer this and this"

He gave me FACTS when I asked about which IMO to pick.

To blindly say his post was "hating" is foolish.
