Top Women Producers in FE?

I will second this notion. I have had written that would never make a single sale submitsubmi 20k in a month in my call center.

My wife has been an agent for over 20 years selling MedSup and MAPD. She doesn't go to clients homes alone unless she knows them.

As for the OP, if your already going into these homes and aren't concerned then I would say to watch the videos regardless of what gender makes them and rock it out

Voice to text??

Are there any? If so, are there any webinars/interviews with them someone would post? They all seem to be males. I'd like to start cross-selling more with MS and MA policies.

Thanks,
Lisa

I have always said that a strong woman FE producer can always out produce a man in this industry... its a proven fact that seniors would much rather deal with a female than a male. Our number three all time producer is a 1.6 MM in personal production in the last ten years and she is up in the northeast as well.

best of luck out there
and i do think its smart that you want to cross sell the MA plans... you won't find that many med sups in the FE market but every once in a while you might

As I understand the OP she wants to cross sell her current and future clients. She will know them before she offers life insurance.

If so, don't sell FE. Sell SIWL.

Pick and choose your SIWL clients. Cherry pick your book for the client base you want to deal with. Since you will have multiple policies in the home I would guess you will be servicing them more. Also getting referrals from them. Probably people like them. So, IMohsoHO, now is a great time to build and clean up your BoB.

Just my 2 cents *

I love how this thread immediately turned into a recruiting/marketing opportunity. lol Some folks never change.

Yes, my wife Mariana qualified for a convention in her first year. Now she is only in the field 3-4 days a month and still makes six figures. I try to get her to stop selling, especially since that 80 year old guy pulled a gun on her last year, but she likes having her clients and her renewals.

It all comes down to work ethic. Some got it, some don't!

Coming from the man that looks for opportunities to drop his YouTube videos any chance he can. Nothing wrong with that, but no reason to be upset that he there look for an opportunity to market.

How are these videos working for you, in terms of recruiting?

They don't! Videos and Youtube do not work for recruiting new agents. They are only good for new agents who need help, and even seasoned agents can get ideas to increase their sales or land more solid sales. We really enjoy getting "likes".:wubclub:

I used this video today to help me scrub a Trans app before sending it in for the Trans Smooth-Approve process. I am subscribed to Doug's channel, and I have found his videos to be very helpful. I have given several "likes."

As to recruiting, the videos certainly would help him recruit if he wanted to recruit. Back in November when I decided to give this FE thing a full time crack and went looking for an FE IMO so I could get trained up, I called Doug. Based on the quality of his videos, I felt I'd get the training I knew I needed. Doug wouldn't take me. In fact, he treated me like an HIV-positive CHF patient with a Netspend card, and told me to go to Lincoln Heritage or EFES and call him in a year. He explicitly stated he didn't want to start dropping mail for me and then get stuck for it if I quit.

I have a ton of respect for you Doug, but I'm working hard to make it so that it is clear that that is your loss, not mine. I sure do appreciate your videos. They are very helpful to the new/newer agent, and I have no idea why anyone would object to you sharing them here.

That's a good visual right there! You're killing it David. Keep it up.
