First of all, I feel sorry for you.

Secondly... why do they they have the last 2 questions in Part C 1?

I answered them "Yes" and "Yes", and they still send me an e-mail asking what the client wants to do. I figure you asked and we already answered that one.

Is it just me, or is that a bunch of wasted space?

So, what you are saying is they ask the questions on the app, and when those questions are answered in the affirmative, they then have the opportunity to then ask the same questions again later to get the same answer??
