TA's problems are solved with modernized application process (e-app, instant decision, telephone interview, etc.).
It's not like it's new to them. Up until around 6- years ago Trans app had a phone interview with instant decision. They actually went backwards.
There wasn't a phone interview back in 2011 when I started.
Otherwise, you're 100% right. Wonder why they're so behind the ball on improving this product. They see the numbers. All very fixable.
