Trans Question?

And if so... do you cost up or down? And what is the carbon footprint to do so?

Your sexual orientation or reorientation may be harmful to the environment.
You'd probably need an ammendment every time they change their mind as to what gender they are each day. "It's Tuesday, I think I'll be a man today".

Speaking of Vlad, how does Trans know whether Lifehawk is a Russian bot or not? Can never be too careful these days.
The only thing we can be sure of...Life Hawk is a bald bot. :twitchy:

Wrote a lady with a history of CHF. Her doctor took her off of some of her meds, furosemide and cavedilol over a year ago because she had lost weight and was taking better care of herself. Told her she didn't have CHF any longer. Answered the question about CHF in the past year NO. Answered the question about treatment in the past 2 years YES. I thought she would qualify standard. The underwriter said graded because CHF never goes away. That is not the way the application reads.

Also that is not entirely true. CHF can be the result, for example, of thyroid dysregulation. Fix the thyroid, fix the CHF. However, if you look at Trans's new underwriting guide, if the proposed insured has EVER been diagnosed with CHF, he or she will need to answer YES to the question. If resolved, the client must supply Trans with medical records confirming the CHF has been resolved.

@HoosierLife mentioned on FB a while ago that Trans had revided its FE underwriting guide. If you write Trans, it is not a bad idea to give that guide some study and keep it handy.

I would upload it here, but the insurance-forums still have a ridiculously infinitesimal limit on file size.

Trans has definitely tightened their underwriting . If anyone's on inhalers for asthma id write with another company . On many drugs that they used to never question there asking questions now .
