You are of course correct. You are so good you fixed it before I could bitch about it. I was dealing with a temp phone I only had one email account on.

Yes, you will have to stay on that same page and just go up and edit another part of the page somewhere like phone number, delete a digit and type it back in again. After that go back down in hit validate a second or third time. It ultimately worked for me after messing around with it. Lesson learned, seems like this product will be dead soon

Made several changes, now it will not validate physical address and will not validate my SS#.

It's kind of like a guessing game with them. I ended up saving the app, doing everything I already said, logging back out and logging back in multiple times to refresh the page. It's a nightmare!Made several changes, now it will not validate physical address and will not validate my SS#.
