Travis Tubbs Interview Part 2

So wait, Travis is going to be part of fexcontracting now?

I still need to call Newby to make him earn his override.

Sent via my Sprint Galaxy S4 using Insurance Forums

Man, am I not getting the weekly newsletter or what?? Don't check the forum for a few days and everything changes over there.

What a groupie! I respect Newby cuz he does share useful info unlike u who is always arguing with others. I'm listening to JD's interview with Travis and its amazing stuff! Thank God we have ppl who are really successful on the forums.

Wow congrats. Why not give your business to newby then? Why get training from newby, and not shannon...Oh wait, you don't write business, or learn. I forgot. Mah= epic fail

Go ez on him. I am training him the best way I can. Ok Matt...shock collar goes back on

Mah is so clueless, she doesn't even realize its newby interviewing Travis. I feel bad that she has an insurance license. Shaking my head:no:

Is there gonna be a part 3? I wanna hear more about JD getting that sale :). And I wanna hear Travis overcome more objections.

I'm sure now that Travis is part of fexcontracting there will be more. As for that sale they talked about I think that was an inside joke.

I don't know what they are talking about there.:1biggrin:

But Newby likes to do the interviews so he can talk more. If you notice he has more to say than any of the interviewees. LOL!

Scott I assume you will be doing a conference call or webinar to give us a chance to come aboard

The interviewee is just there to laugh at my jokes.

I just finished listening to Part 2 but the end was abrupt...like it got cut off. Was that by design?

Sort of. Pretty soon after that Travis fell asleep during one of my long stories.

Yes. We need to set up a few structural things and then we will have a grand opening.

I will say that not only is Travis my manager he is a great friend. As for business though there is probably not a better FE agent than Travis out there.

If he wanted to work the hours that Tim W works he would write much business than Tim. Tim will say the same thing.

I know my business would not be where it is now if I had never met Travis Tubbs. Best thing that ever happened for me business wise.

How do I contract with Travis. I do 8k in Ap and thru telemarketing leads. With a proven mailer program I can do more. How do I contract with Travis and Equita. Thank you.

Excellent question!

There is going to be more. Lot's more.

Fexcontracting has been building steam for a little more than a year. My vision from the beginning has been to offer the highest level commission contracts that most agents are going to find on the best selection of final expense companies. We have done pretty well with that. To attract agents to fexcontracting I wanted to offer better quality information that they can actually use to get started. These audio interviews have been a big part of that. We also have quite a bit of useful information on the website (some with public access and some for contracted agents only.)

The problem for me has been that the contracting (office work) has been hugely distracting from my own personal production. It's not easy to be a producer out in the field and have 50 or so agents per week calling you to kick the tires plus the avalanche of paperwork plus handle any agent traing/support.

The answer was: this wasn't a one man show. Brad Aden was the perfect guy to merge in with that will handle all the contracting and office support. I will have much more time available to greatly improve our website and add tons of quality content. I'm envisioning 3-layers. One that is open to the public. 2nd have useful getting started info that is open to agents contracted with us with two of our main FE companies. And the 3rd level for agents who are contracted and selling with all of our main FE companies (sort of an Equita or Securus style but with the full street level commissions (105-115%).

Travis's main focus will be as a mentor to the FE agents who are fully on board with us and selling. Those agents will have access to our lead programs, teleconferences, all of our web training, and phone access to Travis and me to work through their sales problems and questions.

Brad will have an agency building path available for agents that are already successful and are bringing on downline agents themselves. We have the largest commission levels in the industry with our companies so there is plenty of room for your agency to grow and benefit from our combined production.

The importance of ongoing mentoring and support of actual agents who successfully sell the exact same products to the exact same people you do AND have a vested interest in your success can not be overlooked. If people could learn everything in one lesson, weight watchers wouldn't have weekly classes (eat less and excercise more), Dave Ramsey wouldn't need but one radio show (Make more, spend less) and we wouldn't need to have ongoing meetings and training for our agents.

Weekly phone conferences are the way for all our selling agents to be connected as a group and to learn and motivate each other. It's a huge piece of the whole puzzle to get you and keep you focused on seeing the right people at the right time with the right products.

I'm obviously pretty jazzed up on where we are headed. Some will write this off as spamming the forum. If that's you, just put me, Brad And Travis on ignore right now. For the rest of you, we hope to earn your business.

So Jerry176, yes there will be more!.

How do I start with Travis and Equita? Thank you.
