You get one or the other. The couple have split the sheets. TraQuita is no more.

Scott and I are going to build a Producers Organization. For producers by producing agents. We are not a marketing organization. This will be for agents who do not want to be 3 levels down and not have the ability to move to the top levels. The kicker is to be multiple levels down to up lines that don't do any personal production.

Three weeks ago in Costa Rica on the RNA trip, it was nothing more than a marketers convention. Most of the people who "qualified" for the trip don't even have an insurance license, and the other portion didn't even write single policy.

Quit frankly this left a bad taste in my mouth, after listening to "marketers" slap each other on the back and tell each other how great they are for four days.

Times they are a changing and that old school multi level pyramid model of IMO's should be challenged for the greater good of the agent who earns a living at the kitchen table making sales.

Sounds Great!
I hope ten years from now this post will be just as relevant as it is today.

Sounds great! Good luck making it happen.

Amen, you are a fe evangelist! So if we are a part of 360 and producing, will we have access to your Producer Organization?

We've had a bit of a left turn. We were going to have a 3-person partnership with Travis me and Brad. It became apparent quickly that 3-guys in 3-different cities that have always run their own show was going to be stifling for all of us. Since Travis and I are both in Indiana and both come from the sales focused background, we are going to partner up with fexcontracting. Brad will still be a close business associate of ours and is involved at an FMO level with some of our companies but won't be partnering with us like we originally intended. His 360 agency will continue to be separate from ours.

So the agents contracted directly through 360 through Brad won't be a part of our group. But agents who contracted with 360 through fexcontracting will be.

We have a lot of administrative things we are needing to put in place over the next couple of weeks before we are fully smooth sailing. But it's all coming together.
