Tricare and MA Plans

I just called Tricare and they said that they would reimburse claims paid by client under the MA plan unless provider would be willing to bill Tricare.
So, it looks like a client would have coverage under MA plan but there would be some extra hoops come claim time.
I'll give client choice to let Tricare be secondary payor or go with MA plan if they want the extras. Also, I did confirm that she would not lose TFL if she enrolled in MA plan or supplement.

So other than what I've already asked....do you guys know if there are any providers that won't bill Tricare and so she'd have to file claims herself? The reason I ask is that she does like the idea of a supplement and if the supplement route could give her fewer headaches with billing it might be worth it.

To me it just sounds like a dumpster fire that I would need to be reimbursed more than $400 to get involved in.
