You are are all over the place with your argument. None of that has to do with laziness. It has to do with a person's talents and abilities.

A person is a beat cop aspires to move up in the organization by being promoted to Sargent. That is not laziness.

A person who makes $200K+ per year working in a boiler room certainly does not lack motivation and is not lazy.

As for lack of sunlight and fresh air, there are ways an inside sales person can compensate for that.

The fact is a lazy person is not going to succeed no matter if they are doing outside sales or inside.

You do realize an inside sales job is a different dynamic that telesales right? Yes they're both done inside. But an inside sales job is still face 2 face just like an outside sales job.

Tele-sales on the other hand does not involve face 2 face communication. That's the difference you are not realizing. Doctors and nurses working in a hospital all day also miss the sunlight and fresh air you refer to. I think they are doing just fine, don't you?

I've made a career by simply doing things other people will not due because they are lazy.
People usually hate what they cannot/won't do.
Lately they've been conditioned by free stuff. It's all about giving the bare minimum of effort.
Now Zach can live in mama's basement and all he needs WiFi and instead of seeing how many views he can get on YouTube he can do telesales.

I still say you are a replacement artist with very little sales skills. That's why you're always switching your go to carrier to the cheapest one every few years. When you contract with the newest cheapest carrier you go back and flip your book, helping people cash in their policies that you sold them a few years ago and rewrite them with that new carrier.

Even if the premium will be a few dollars more, due to age, the client doesn't mind since they're getting a few hundred dollars back from cashing in their policy. And when they get that check from the carrier they tell their family and friends about what a wonderful agent you are. And then they are calling you to see if they can get a check off of their policy if they cash it in. That's the simple reason you say you can write $5k a week with only 10 leads....lol. Tell your horse crap to another group.
