Two Website Mistakes

Perhaps you would be so kind as to share with the rest of us precisely what is horrible about those sites. Don't hesitate to use examples.

Very true. Maybe getting some advice from experts web designers can make some improvement and avoid these mistakes.

True, people need to avoid any of those "monthly maintenance fees" at all costs as well. In my opinion individual agents would best off paying for the foundation then getting an education. You can't treat a website like a predictive dialer.

One mistake that I see very frequently is companies that put their company names in their title tags.

Another is to create a site and then just let it sit there. The most highly ranked sites are being added to and revised constantly.

If you add a page a week or better yet a day, you will improve your ranking with no SEO training. Of course you may go from page 25 to page 24 if you aren't doing some other things well, but the age of your pages makes a difference. Old sites with new pages is the best combination.

Alston...I believe I heard that you should NOT delete old pages. Is that correct?

For example...if I have a three-year old page about Anthem plans that are not offered any more, is it best just to revise the page and explain the situation about the plans?

Thanks
