UHC Continues Billing Issues

It's absolutely sickening how United healthcare deliberately sets up billing platforms and processes that are intentionally causing these kinds of issues. That's the only explanation is it's deliberate-they simply don't want the business so they are doing everything possible to **** on everybody. No other carrier has these issues.... None..... Let's say that again.... Not not a single other carrier as these issues on the same scale as United health care.

I agree with you on UHC but other carriers have problems as well-anyone who goes from the Marketplace to the payment link for Aetna and makes a payment winds up having the plan terminated for non-payment because Aetna denies there is an active payment website through the Marketplace (it happened 2X to me).
 
LOL....yea but nothing as diabolical as UHC - We signed up like 10k this OEP, even though we cut off UHC quick, they have a HIGGGGGH ass % of issues....reps are worthless now, were last yr too - not their fault, just like its not our fault we cant help a client with out a dossier of Authroized Rep bs....love how u call Aetna TX marketplace # it says its being disconnected LOL........LOL:1tongue::1baffled:
