Not sure what you are asking about inforce it ?

What thread did they post about backing the recruiter ?

TypeO or Freudian slip?

Enforce - you have a release agreement with ABC Agency. A great guy and a boss producer. A year later you decide to move to AABC Agency. The first guy gets knotted up and drags his feet or flat says no release from Americo, RNA, TA. - - How are you realistically going to enforce the release agreement? In under six months?

I think you are better off with the letter than not. You can show the carrier the letter. Show both agencies. Basically what I consider a way to rattle cages. With the letter you just make your life easier when they try to stop you.

Letter - I agree the guy's word in writing is better. However, how are you going to enforce it?

This forum (of Independent agents) seems to work better than "promises". I trust the people I contract with, to different degrees, or I would not contract with them. However, it is up to me to look out for me.

I contract with a couple of people here. I would contract with a couple of others as well.

This forum has been a great resource for me as a lone wolf agent. I have a better idea what contract levels are out there, companies I would never have heard of, a look at IMO's before having to contract with them, reading post from very smart guys in the Life, Senior and FE forums. All in a forum run by someone, Sam, that is not trying to contract us.

Great post Lee!!! Wish I could give you more than one Like.

I don't think there is a way to enforce it, without calling an attorney like Saul Goodman.

I have got every release I asked for when I had the letter and usually quicker. When I didn't have the letter I didn't get the release many times and had to do more time consuming phone calls.

I will say its not easy getting a letter.

2 went to one life. And they didn't leave because EFES doesn't give releases. Man I am an ***

Hey Matt - 1) phuck off, and 2) never said they left because of releases - said they left EFES to go to One Life. Perhaps they left EFES because EFES is shady . . .
