I won't defend his actions, but I highly recommend you review how you have responded to this thread and how you have represented yourself and EFES.

Passive aggressive? He said his peace and I said mine. At the end of the day we will accommodate him on his request as I said I would and I wish him well.

I would bet my life that this guy drives a large truck, has tattoos (possibly tribal arm tats), has worn Oakley oil can sunglasses consistently since 2010- worn them backwards since 2013, and has started many conversations with "I have a ton of black friends so i'm not racist".

As I mentioned in my original post I have intended to release you from day one. Though I believe you acted very unprofessionally in your approach to this whole situation by making untrue statements I still planned on releasing you. We have been swamped with contracts due to AEP starting yesterday and my girls in contracting have been working to verify that you have no debt with the carriers. As I am sure you can imagine that takes some time to verify. In the last 7 weeks, you spread your business to 10 different carriers, so it was a longer process than normal. We should have the full confirmation first thing tomorrow and you will be receiving your release.

Maybe I'm losing my mind here but on DAY 1, and Day 7 you told me that you were NOT going to release me. The first time you ever mentioned a release was right here on the forums (right before you choose to stop taking my calls/emails). Nothing that I have said here was untrue.

Dude this is a pretty small industry to be slinging mud over such a minor issue. I chose to part ways with an organization five months ago and was told directly you will be released. Did it happen? Hell no. Did I cry over the Internet about it? no. There's like 20 freaking final expense companies and the 1/2 does the same as the other half pick up the new companies and go write business.

This comment is not a defense or indictment of equita it's directed soly at the author because I feel like you're more interested in making excuses than money.
